The Memorial is situated within the Church, 4 Exchange Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1TS.

This is a Roll of Honour to men who died in the First World War. It is fixed high on the wall of The Lady Chapel.
Around the Memorial Plaque are the words "Laus Deo (praise be to god) for the sacrifice of those who gave their lives for King & Country. May they rest in peace."
The plaque was dedicated by the Bishop, November 27th 1921.

At outbreak of war he was in China, where he received his commission from Governor of Hong Kong, returned to England and joined 10th South Staffs. Proceeded to France in 1915. Commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, Louverval, France.

Frank was born March 1893 in Wolverhampton, baptised 8th March 1893, son of Dr. Henry and Helen Kate Malet. In 1901 they were living at 14 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton along with Franks older sisters Dorothy and Helen and younger brother Henry along with three servants. Dr. Henry was employed as a consultant physician.
By 1911 the family were living at 20 Waterloo Road along with a cook and a domestic servant, Dr. Henry was now the medical health officer for Wolverhampton alongside his job as consultant physician.
Frank attended Wolverhampton Grammar School, gaining two scholarships. He later moved to study at Worcester College, Oxford, where he was when War broke out.
Frank received a commission in the 12th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment in November 1914.
Killed in action 4th June 1915 aged 22.

The 1911 census records him living at 'Adelaide Villa' 273 Dudley Road, Wolverhampton with his mother, maternal grandmother whose home it was, his aunt and his older siblings William and Emma; he was employed as a clerk in an insurance office. The Midland Counties Express newspaper recorded on 30th October 1915 that he worked as a clerk in the Wolverhampton Corporation Borough Accountant’s department, his brother was also serving in the Army
Charles landed in France 5th March 1915 and was killed in action 13 October 1915.
