The memorial is a tablet of bronze 3ft by 2ft 6in surmounted by the borough coat of arms,with the shield in coloured enamels. The lower portion is divided into three panels,containing the names of 90 old scholars who made the supreme sacrifice.

The Memorials whereabouts are unknown.
